1. Consignment procedures for international air transport

Domestic goods

1. The shipper should fill in the domestic cargo consignment form and present his resident ID card or other valid ID to complete the consignment formalities with the freight department or its agent. If the freight department or its agent requires the shipper to issue a letter of introduction or other valid certification, the shipper should also provide it.

2. When consigning fresh and perishable items, live animals, emergency items and time-limited goods, the shipper shall book the flight, date and tonnage with the freight department in advance, and go through the consignment formalities at the agreed time and place.

3. The shipper consigns goods that are restricted by the government and that need to go through the formalities of the relevant government departments such as public security and quarantine should be accompanied by valid certification documents.

4. The shipper shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the contents and the provided information and documents in the filled cargo consignment book.

5. The shipper shall fill in the cargo consignment form separately for the goods that have different transportation conditions or cannot be transported together due to the nature of the goods.

International cargo

1. The shipper should fill in the international cargo consignment form when consigning goods, and provide information and documents related to transportation.

2. The shipper shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the contents and the provided information and documents in the completed cargo consignment book.

3. The cargo consigned by the shipper must comply with the laws, decrees and regulations of the countries of origin, transit and destination, as well as all transportation regulations of the relevant airlines.

4. Before consigning goods, the shipper must complete the customs, health and quarantine and other procedures of the place of departure.

International Air Transport

5. When the shipper consigns fresh and perishable items, live animals, valuables, dangerous goods, time limit requirements and large quantities of goods, the shipper should book the flight, date and tonnage with the freight department in advance, and be at the airport at the agreed time The receiving department handles the consignment procedures.

Two, packaging and marking

1. The packaging of the goods should ensure that the goods will not be damaged, lost, or leaked during transportation, and will not damage or contaminate aircraft equipment or other items. The packaging of international air cargo should be strong, intact, light, and meet the requirements of the entire transportation

2. The shipper shall specify the unit, name, detailed address and storage and transportation requirements of the consignee and shipper on the outer packaging of each cargo.

3. The shipper shall stick or tie the carrier's cargo transportation label on the outer packaging of each piece of cargo.

4. When the shipper uses the old packaging, it must remove the residual marks and labels on the original packaging.

5. The packaging of special goods such as live animals, fresh and perishable goods, valuables, and dangerous goods shall meet the specific requirements of the carrier for such goods.
